I thought that I was thoughtfull to my "boss" for exchanging my car keys to hers few days ago when I was going to visit a school which my children might go next year.
I locked my car steering wheel as usual I do, suddently I realised that the key for the bar lock was not the ones I had that day.Gee! Big trouble! It took me about 15 minutes by car to come the school.
When I was going to take bus to get my keys from my boss, I got a great news that her classmate were giving her a lift to me. It save me much time and I could come back to my class much earlier if I took the bus to get the keys and the driving back.
Thanks her very much indeed!

Thanks all of my classmates who sent me their comments
I have more than enough comments for my listening tasks and I really appreciate what my classmates have done for me.
I wonder who need more comments for their task. Please let me know if you need any.

Our working hard classmates
There is no class for us because our teacher is not coming today. The head teacher told us that she was very ill yesterday.
I have a lot of work to do and I came to our class and I found that I am not the only one from my class-there are the other two of my classmates here.
They both live further than me and they have to take bus or/and train to here but I can just walk for about 10 minutes from my place.

Something you might not know about the OC.
I was told that the OC(opertunity class) was managed by the sate government.
I thought its the school's business only if they have better teachers there.
The teachers at the school which run the OC class said that it does not matter the teachers but it does matter the location. The Department of Education tried to find a school where it is convient to most of the local students who pass the OC test.
I found that the public school which has the OC class is smaller than the one my childre are attending right now, and one of the OC students of the OC school replied that his former school was big than his current one. If you would like to know more about OC school, you can go to:http://www.schools.nsw.edu.au/learning/k-6assessments/ocplacement.php

A true story about the hospitals in Australia
A friend of mine told me that her son had an operation lately and her son should not stay in the hospital that long if she brought him to the right hospital which was children's hospital.
What happen to her son was he had a stamache and he was taken to a local hospital. She was told that her child needed an small operation but they could not do it for him because he was a child. I have never known this as every hospital which does operation in China, it certainly does operation for everyone, it does not matter how old he/she is.
Anyhow, her son was transfered to the nearest children hospital, but when he arrived there, the doctordouble checked with the child and found his conditions was not that serious as the other hospital
mentioned. In fact, the former hospital gave him the antibiotics before sending him away.
Then they left him for a while instead of giving him the operation right away. When he was given the operation, his conditions had beccomed worse.
"It would kill him if he was delayed a bit longer!" his mother claimed.
We can learn something from it, can't we?

Did I do the right thing?
I was sorry that I was late for my class these days for my child's orientation days and I have two more to go-the last one for my little boy who is going to school next year and the only one for my daughter who is going to another school next year. Both schools are new for them.
Because of them, I was late for my classes but I thought that I should put my children's business first as they say:"Children are our future." We can not live in the future but we can do something to make sure we and our children are having a great future.
